After a few different tries I stumbled upon this pack of thumb grips from Kontrol Freak. They stick on the joysticks very well and the grip is amazing! Definitely comes in handy on those long Call of Duty grinds. 10/10.

they rubbed off quickly and left a bunch of little specks of rubber everywhere on my controller when i played but otherwise are fine
